It's is a contraction of it is or it has.

Ok, I don't know any japanese. Barely enough to say tabemono for food and hello yes and no. What would happen if I went up to a chick on the streets of tokyo and started hitting her, beating her up. I'm sure I would get arrested. If I got arrested, what would it be like? What is the legal system like there? Is it different from the US? Would I go to court?
