selling one of Khordan's raffled throwing weapon

Sadly i cannot use this so i must sell it, a serrated black vultite chakram etched with crimson runes it is a 5x blessable throwing weapon that returns to your hand , it has a few actions and can be used as an ohe too, only around 10 were put out i think.
15 million flat or 20 million in trades seeing that i will just have to sell it all off to get coins again and i hate selling stuff.

This may be a stupid question so bear with me.. but do all chakrams return to your hand or just this one? Reason I ask if I don't see many so I was curious
