Do fixskill potions from the AG include instant CMAN migration, or is an additional CMAN migration potion also necessary?

Just make sure you untrain all your CM skill, then you can fixskill to having all the points, then all your CM points will be reclaimed, and then when you relearn CM you'll have all the points again.
