Quite enjoyed this sci-fi/horror/thriller. Nicely paced, atmospheric and not overburdened with too much CGI (which seems too common these days). I preferred District 9 for originality and Moon for story, but it's up there in terms of execution.

Event Horizon is my favorite horror movie, it looks very event horizonish, how would you say it stands up to that expectation I've unfairly pitted it against.

I just finished watching it. If you liked Event Horizon I'm fairly sure you would really like this movie. It reminded me a lot of the game Dead Space.

Annnnd none of this is related to the OP but Peter Sarsgaard needs to get back in the game; he's got a lot of potential.

Event Horizon makes me wish Sam Niell did more acting :(

Laurence Fishburne is such an amazing actor, I wish he produced more work; I also wish the Matrix was only 1 movie.

I agree with everything everyone said about Event Horizon because it's incredible and also that Moon was fucking ace.
This movie will receive my attention.

Saw it with my gf, definetly liked it, and I usually hate horror.
