If you have QRS, it has a section on herbs, for each region (.qrs herbs, .qrs dwarfherbs, .qrs terasherbs, etc.).

If you use PSInet, you can type ?herbs to see a (better) list of herb groups, by wound/scar type.

To answer your specific question, talneo potion will get rid of a rank 1 body scar.
