I think the magic command is broken. My 101 is constantly right around 4 hours, and my 103 never goes over 41 minutes.

If it gets stuck, MAGIC REMOVE Spellnumber, and it'll refresh later.

Otherwise make sure you do a skill full, and then write a mail to Jamus and he'll investigate it.

He has just done a SPELLUP function that will automatically cast your defensive spells on you and then refresh them at a certain time before they drop. You can set the time that they spell up and the minimum amount of time left before they refresh.
