After four months of waiting, a lot of support from Kaikala, and a final appearance by Andraste, my CCF shop alter finally got finished up. I'm pretty darn pleased with it.

You see a glass-front rich walnut gallery with a trellis-covered cobblestone walkway, which is The Sole Proprietor.

>go gallery
[The Sole Proprietor]
The polished surface of an ivory and rose quartz floor softly reflects the figure of a vaalin-traced ivory maiden statue, a central focal point to a long silver and glass semicircular display near the back of the room. Lining wainscoted blush-painted walls is a series of full body dress mannequins set in poses that mimic those in an elaborate woven silk tapestry. The sky motif in a dark walnut box beam ceiling lends a feeling of openness to the room. You also see a floral-etched oiled rosewood placard.
Obvious exits: north, east, out

>l floor
Smooth and polished ivory tiles line the perimeter of the room, matched by a perfect silver-spoked ring in the center. Glassy rose quartz, marbled with deep pink and near-white hues, fills in the remainder of the interior of the room.

>l wall
Low, beveled wainscoting of white ash blends with the polished ivory tiles in the flooring. Rising up from the wood is pale blush-toned painting with faint dabbings of darker ashen rose tones towards the ceiling.

>l ceiling
Dark walnut beams criss-cross each other over the span of the ceiling, leaving a painted open sky motif filling in the space between them. Decorative ivory gossamer sheets are strung between the corners of the ceiling boxes, adding a cloudlike depth to the room.

>l tapestry
Depicting a fabulously detailed gala scene, the tapestry displays fine examples of both men's and women's fashion. The weaver has captured the event in motion with gown hems caught in mid-swirl, musicians playing vivaciously, and the expressions of men and women sharing enthusiastic conversation.

>l statue
A lifelike statue of a finely featured maiden stands tall in a refined pose, depicted in an elegantly draping gown. The polished ivory maintains a very natural luster, while the faintest hints of marbled rosespar accent her cheeks. Thin veins of opalescent vaalin accent the finest details to add a subtle shimmer to the form, tracing both the lines of the carved garment and the crystalline-inset heels of her slippers.

>l mann
Covered in a soft, ash-hued woven material, with limbs made from willowly white beech wood, each mannequin is embroidered with elegant script just under the neck block.
There appears to be something written on it.

In the Common language, it reads:

[The Sole Proprietor, Accents]
Accenting the long window on the north wall is a rose brocade silk layered valance that pools down onto an ivory and rose quartz floor. Along the wainscoted blush-painted walls is a long rosewood strip with a series of polished silver hooks, next to which stands a full-length three-panel mirror. In the center of the room, just beneath the skylight in a straight beam ceiling, a round two-tiered display table draped with soft linen has been set up. You also see a floral-etched oiled rosewood placard.
Obvious exits: south

>l wall
Low, beveled wainscoting of white ash blends with the polished ivory tiles in the flooring. Rising up from the wood is pale blush-toned painting with faint dabbings of darker ashen rose tones towards the ceiling. A floor-length window of crystal-clear glass fills in a large section of the northern wall.

>l ceiling
Dark walnut beams stretch across the ceiling from north to south, leaving a painted open sky motif filling in the space between them. Thinner decorative beams outline a square skylight window directly over the center of the room.

>l mirror
Three pivoting ivory-framed mirrors, backed with richly stained walnut, are set in slender silvery imflass frames. Each mirror can be rotated on its vertical axis, allowing a viewer to see themselves at all angles.

>l valance
Surrounding the large window along the north wall is a valance of deep reddish-rose brocade silk with a sheer carnation pink voile curtain underneath. Elegant champagne-hued floral bouquets edged in silver pattern the length of the material, which has been looped over the supportive argent rod twice to create pleated festoons. The voile has been artfully gathered and tied back at mid-length.

[The Sole Proprietor, Workshop]
Separated off from the main gallery is a smaller, private workshop, whose dark walnut-stained floor matches the straight beam ceiling above. Set on the wainscoted walls is a long cork notice board with several order parchments attached. A pair of rollers from a silver-edged lacquered bolt display have been removed and set on a marble-topped sturdy wooden worktable. Underneath the worktable sits a series of white ash shoe forms, well-organized compared to the remainder of the room.
Obvious exits: west

>l floor
A raised platform of rich dark walnut spans the entirety of the area, stepping up only slightly from the main room. Haphazardly brushed into the southeast corner is a small pile of leather shavings and scraps.

>l wall
Low, beveled wainscoting of walnut blends with the stained flooring. Rising up from the wood is matte auburn painting, offering a warm, comfortable tone to the room. Several cobbling tools hang from a series of hooks along one length of the wall. Within easy reach of the worktable, dowel rods have been set in upward angles containing spools of sturdy thread in a variety of colors.

>l ceiling
Dark walnut beams stretch across the ceiling from east to west, leaving a painted open sky motif filling in the space between them. Thinner decorative beams outline a square skylight window directly over the center of the room.

>l board
Spanning a third of the southern wall, the notice board has several order requests pinned to it. Each sheet of parchment has a detailed drawing of a specific type of footwear, a matching ensemble, and a series of dye tests along the length of one outer edge. One section of the board labeled "MINE" is completely covered with multiple layers of designs, the topmost featuring a sketch of a young woman in a fitted green-inked corset with boots of various heights, heel types, and materials.

>l forms
Several shoe forms, each made from sturdy white ash, are carefully arranged according to size and shape. A variety of designs are present, from narrow-toed slipper forms to tall boot lasts. A stylized letter "L" is branded upon the ankle of each piece of wood.

>l display
The northern wall contains a slight recess edged with several downward angled slots on either side, allowing for bolts of cloth on long lacquered rollers to be easily stored and removed as necessary. Each side has been reinforced in brushed silver to prevent damage to the wall, though the metal itself shows sign of wear from accidental bumps due to continuous use.

>l on display
On the lacquered bolt display you see a square of soft leather, a square of soft leather, a length of raw ivory silk, a square of pearl dupioni silk, a square of blackworked silk, a square of thickly napped suede, a square of warm brown suede, a square of embroidered velvet, a bolt of patterned linen, a square of pristine white linen, a square of celadon satin, a square of shadowy taffeta, a square of silver-striated bourde, a square of gold-washed chainsil, a square of fine-threaded cloth-of-gold, a square of fine-threaded cloth-of-silver, a square of black-swirled marbrinus, a square of ashen rose damask, a square of cordovan leather, a square of glazed doeskin, a square of soft leather, a square of pliant calfskin and a square of smooth kidskin.

>l work
Far from perfect condition, the white marble top bears long scratches from various cutting tools. Inlaid along the edge is a brushed silver measuring strip marked at regular intervals with blackened grooves.

>l on work
On the sturdy wooden worktable you see a square of gold samite and a square of sleek matte faille.
