Troll skinning

Just after a little help in compiling a list of items that can be obtained from skinning trolls, ie ice troll scalp. If you could post some examples with exact syntax that would be great thanks!

A little offtopic. Do you just need 1x survival to be properly trained to skin like level mobs? Is there a formula or something like that?

Survival and First Aid are said to count the same. So someone 1x survival skins as well as someone 1x First Aid (from what I've heard).

>= 0.5x Survival + First Aid rank will activate skinning tasks for bounties (so if you're level 20, 5 ranks survival and 5 FA is enough), but they will start to really suck later on. I have a mid level character who is 2x first aid, and I get real annoyed with the "Fine Quality or higher" requirement of some tasks, but I make way more silver from skins than I do boxes. I succeed more often then I don't in skinning, but I probably see Fine Quality in 1 out of 4 skins.

That's about as close as I can get to giving you a formula. You'll earn good silvers at 1x, but the bounties may annoy you.
