We need a thread to keep me updated on how awesome I'm doing so far this season. And damn, I'm surprised to see so many people picking Miami this week against SD.

I think they are going to have a few great games this season. They showed they have some ability this year. And the chargers can eat a dong.

Also, there's nothing that says you can't pick the same tiebreaker as someone else. If Monday rolls around and it turns out you have the same tiebreaker as someone else in contention, you can change it then if you want.

1. I'm a Chicago native. I work in DC.
2. The Redskins fucking blow. They could barely handle the rams, at home, and I would argue that the Lions are better than the Rams this year.
3. They gotta win sometime.

I too am a DC native, and I have heard nothing but fear from everyone this week about having to play the Lions. That and having a meltdown about winning against the Rams by 3 points. One thing I have learned over the years being around the Redskin fans is "wishful thinking". Its just so fitting for the Lions to come away with a win this week. If not then well Go Redskins; but just the thought brings a huge smile to my face!

Yeah I'm a Skins fan and DC area resident but I think this week has a good chance of being the end of the Lions' losing streak. I picked the Skins to win for my weekly picks but that was out of loyalty. Last week's win was a disappointing/unearned win if there ever was one.
If the Skins do lose this week, I wouldn't be surprised if Campbell is benched and/or some coaches get axed.

I was mostly questioning it from a "arent you a fan" stand point. For some reason I was under the impression Daniel was from DC originally but when I thought on it I actually did remember him saying he grew up in Chicago several times. Oh well.
Anyway I still think the redskins will win. The problem the redskins had against the rams was red zone efficency. The lions are not really known for their goal line stands. For all the hoopla Washington had decent total offense and good defense in that game they just couldent seal the deal once they got to the other side of the field. I think it will be easier against the Lions and the redskins D might even put some points up dealing with an incredibly dysfunctional lions offense. In the past 2 games Detroit has turned the ball over like what 9 times? Thats more than once a quarter. Staffords QB rating is like 38 for christ sake. I dont know why everyone is betting detroit all of a sudden...I mean sure it could happen but I dont think its a probability of anywhere near 50%.

We held the fucking Saints to 10-7 at the end of the 3rd quarter!
But then, we were tired.
It also doesn't help that our only score of the game was on a fake field goal thrown by our punter/holder.
Im thinking about trying out for the defensive line of the browns...Sure im 6 foot tall and only weigh 180 pounds but Im pretty sure I can still do a better job than they did.
And yah I was totally wrong about the redskins :(

Hehe I don't give shit to anyone for being a homer. Hell I've bet against the bucs three weeks in a row. I usually just give Augie a hard time for taking the bucs week in and week out for some odd reason.
Here's a hint DON'T DO IT THIS SEASON! LOLz.
