Lich issue

I searched around a little but couldn't find anyone else with this problem. So, I start Lich using Lich(Force Wizard) and it opens SGE. Everything going to plan so far. I go through, log in, the game starts, along with psinet. However, while its handshaking with the game I get this:

Any ideas? Before you ask, yes I tried without my anti-virus and firewalls on.

That is the most recent stable version I saw on http://lichproject.sourceforge.net/download.php for windows.

I tried with the latest development release and same thing, althought there are different codes now...

Using force wizard or force stormfront mode when Psinet is installed doesn't work, because Psinet doesn't want it to work.

Oh. Damn. The site said it would be compatible with psinet. Oh well, guess I'll stick to psinet. I am a PsiNet OOC Whore.

You can have Lich and Psinet working at the same time, you just have to do it right.

If you manage to log on successfully to both the game and Psinet. I suggest typing... ?lich se

That will give you step by step instructions with the 3.50 version and later(Shaelun's version only). Then you will be able to re-setup and use the SGE.

EDIT/P.S. WTF R U using Lich to open the game? By following the ?lich se help file you will be able to properly launch SGE through your task bar and Lich will launch itself.

1) Uninstall psinet, lich, and any GS-related software such as stormfront/SGE.

2) If you know how, scrub your registry of all psinet/lich/GS related stuff.

3) From a clean slate, use Spiffy's installer, found in this forum somewhere-ish.

4) Download/update stormfront from the website. Spiffy forgot to include this in the installer.

5) Download and run psinetinstall.lic from the repository. Close GS and install psinet as normal.

6) ????

7) Profit.
