I dunno where there are any 40 rub black crystals. But I CAN point you to the way of some 23-33 or so use BLUE crystals. Teeah's shop in Ta'Illistim, room 1 one of the two buildings in the room.

EDIT: 22-32 use blue crystals = 35k in price.

ahh. maybe thats wishful thinking on my part. i thought all the crystals (black,blue,white....)could be charged up to 40?

anyways...I'll take some kind of multiple-charge black crystal :-)
