Haste Duration

All other spells I've checked end within the second when it comes to their stated duration, Haste had always bothered me because it seemed to hang around longer making it a bit unpredictable.

So I did a few timings and got the following durations:

I think it's pretty safe to say the duration of haste is actually 66 seconds.

Timings are from when I recieve the 'world slows down' message and the 'return to normal' message, so lag can make the duration seem shorter or longer, accounting for the -0.360 to 1.333 second difference.

Pretty sure the duration is 60 seconds + air lore ranks/4. My Wizard had a long haste duration when I was 1x Air Lore. Then I dropped all my air lore ranks when I fixskilled and with 0 air lore it was exactly 60 seconds every time (a very noticeable drop from the ~1 min 20 second haste I used to have). Then I added 24 Air Lore Ranks and I was at 66 seconds.

That lines up w/ the conversation Kitsun and I just had, although we both fear that they'll end up nerfing it if much light comes to it.
