Way more eonake than paladins who want and/or need it. And those enhancives aren't really a good selling point for paladins.

You really should sell it to deadly. I think 250k is even overpriced for this. Sorry but its just not that useful.

I completely agree, your asking price is just simply dumb IMO. Why bother going to the appraisal folder if you don't listen? 250k IS a fair price for this, you should take the offer(Or at least I would).
