I worked my ass off today for 10 hours in the dirt and heat and still made it to three AA meetings.

I felt like I did after 2 a days in the summer or wrestling cardio training/draining back in the day. I dropped 6 lbs today of sweat ugh.

Three and a half days camping in Southern IL with pops and my brothers. Just provisions to make Kalbi ... and of course beer for the first night.
