I just figured out the cloak is scripted..and holds 120+
I don't know all the tricks ..but here's a few I figured out..hehehe

>pull my cloak
You draw your vaalin sigiled cloak away from your hips.
>rub my cloak
You run your hand down the length of your vaalin sigiled cloak.
>tick my cloak
You run a finger around the collar of your vaalin sigiled cloak.
>poke my cloak
You flick a bit of lint off your vaalin sigiled cloak.
>turn my cloak
You turn back the edge of your vaalin sigiled cloak, momentarily revealing the inner lining.
