3 days and counting! I know of 3 people that are coming to Dragon Con this year, would love to meet anyone else that might be attending. Two of us are working at gaming registration, come on by and say hi.

My brother who lives with me was trying to get me to go, it looked like fun from the pictures I saw, but I don't want to use my vacation days on that.

Dragon Con is a blast. I went about five years in a row with a group of friends from another game. I hate to say it but it blows away Simucon. The Con itself is huge, and the only real problem is waiting for the elevators in the Hyatt. It's very difficult to obtain a conference room to party in, but with enough planning you can get a suite and have decent sized parties until about 1:00- 2:00 am before security shuts you down. We used to reserve an entire floor in the east tower to lessen the chance that the poor non con guests would complain about us.

Atlanta is a great city for restaurants and bars within walking distance of the con Hotel, and MARTA is also clean and efficient if you need to go further.

One morning I woke to this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kK4vUMQH0k) beneath our balcony, and by morning, I mean is was probably two in the afternoon.
