Last night at poker league some dick stick army fuck was mouthing off dropping C bombs etc left and right and I was like "hey chill there's a lot of women here". Older women that are my friends. (I wore my boon out last night and I think that's what started it)

Well 30 minutes or so later two guys grabbed me from behind and this douche drilled me in the face and then they hauled ass while the bartender called 911 and six squad cars showed. They are regulars but she wouldn't give up the names and had me trespassed.

They were going to give me a courtesy ride home but someone called my room mate and made her ass drive all the way out to pick me up and she woke up late for work. She's not happy.


I think I'm just going to stay in the house from now on.

I wasn't drinking (diet coke) and I did get jumped lol. It's not my fault and they asked me if I want to file charges when they get their names.

The bartender has some personal issues with me and thus the trespass. It will be revoked once I talk to the owners and tell them the whore was drinking shots behind the bar all night. We screwed around when drunk once like back in early March... I didn't know she had a boyfriend. He wasn't happy to say the least.

Personally I don't really give a shit. I just have a headache. This shit is the least of my worries.

Oh and I have exactly .78 cents to my name for the record. I couldn't buy a drink if I wanted to.

They were drunk as shit and I know since I've been there.

The other night I body slammed a guy out of his chair at a table for talking shit about my family. (save the ratolin jokes they're boring now).

So yes I've started smoking again. Pack of Camels yesterday and I'm sure this one will be gone soon.

I couldn't do community service today because the room mates dog stabbed her eye on a fucking aloe plant and we had to go to the vets this morning. I may just walk down to clearwater beach and look at camel toes whilst I smoke my pack of camels today. It's a pretty bitch of a walk but my bus pass is expired now.

That or install mall tycoon 2 that I have no clue about but found it sitting in the closet here.

Are you doing community service to pre-empt sentencing, or is it conditional as part of your bail/bond?

When I bailed out during my case, they didn't give me anything, and it was superior court, 25,000 cash only bail. was so weird I was seeing people wth 1,000 dollar bails have to take piss tests and what not, and here I was, going to court for trafficking, with a decent size bail, and I didn't get any bail conditions.

I had to do 50 community service hours manditory or buy it off for $500. I have to do another 132 or so hours at $7.25 an hour to pay off what's left of the fines.

Most of the loaned money went to probation's supervision fees that I was waaaaaay behind on. Shit I paid $1.50 one week because that's all I had.

As for the piss tests I'm getting screwed on that as well. I have to take two a week at $25 a pop that I obviously can't pay. It's just being added on to the fines and court costs come 9/11.

I was ROR so no bail for me I just had to sit in a booking room of like 300 crazy fucks for 18 hours or so before I saw the judge the next day originally.

I just can't wait until this is all gone and I can move on my with my life. Finally got a good job with a great corp but the timing couldn't be worse. I start Sept 8th and my sentencing is the 11th.

I've got cabin fever bad as well. I can't stand staying at this woman's house. Need this job to get back on my feet but I also need this woman's house to work. Life's a bitch.

In Massachusetts they make you do fine time. 33 dollars a day. Be thankful they don't have that in your state.

You know you can speak to the P.O. or the clerk of courts and maybe have the accruing fines frozen since you are starting a new job. I know the 25 dollar piss tests are pretty universal, but they are usually pretty leniant on length of time you have to pay them.

A warrant you do not need to be served with paperwork. A no-contact order you do have to be served. But trespassing usually is only applicable if signs are posted, or on a previous occasion in which police were involved you were told not to return. Other than that, at court, they will CWOF it with a do not return stipulation - IF you have to even go to court. A police officer or officer of the court telling you you can't return is just as good as paper serving.

I couldn't do community service (Heavy lifting at that) today because they require a full day not to mention my bus pass expired. *(because the fucking dog stabbed it's eye and she wanted me to go to the vet with her)

I don't pay for food or diet coke. I did trade some food for smokes however and now I can't quit coughing ffs.

I've tried to call my kids at least 50 times and the father answers with "nobody is home" or "They're out".

For the record I used my good arm to push him to the floor however my bad arm/pinched nerve/wtf ever it was is at like 90% fine now other than the atrophy from not using it.

Wasn't much of an option what to do with my time today so the beach and some exercise sounded good. The beach is a stone throw away just one big ass bridge and causeway to cross.

And the recovering alcoholic bit. I'm not recovering I am an alcoholic. I'll never abstain completely. Nothing is going to stop me from having a beer in front of a baseball or football game. What has stopped is me drinking a 1.75 of vodka a day. I've learned to accept limits and avoid the binges.

Yeah that was a pretty bad night. I've been back to that place maybe five times since and it was a daily haunt for lunch for years. ($1.25 steamed veggies with malt vinegar for the win). The owner's are good friends of mine for many years and both have had cancer and she had a double masectomy. That's where I donate my hair or auction a mohawk or whatever the winning bidder wants for locks of love every year.
