You'll be lucky. In terms of stats I don't think there's much better out there. I'll check my list, I do think there a few uber unique/rare MS's, but you'll be very lucky to find them.

several extreme high end stars existed in the past, now I am unsure what if any still does, sold my 9 enchant very heavy crit a while ago to someone that vanished with it. would think sars would be more popular considering the strength of the base weapon.
