Brawling sorcerer help

I was wondering if I should go 1x in shield or .5x in shield for my brawler. Any thoughts and suggestions? I'll post my training plan later on since I'm too lazy right now.

This is something i have contemplated doing with my sorc as well. Its a tough call to make as .5x gives you a buttload of extra TP's to put back into magic. Would be interesting to see the difference between .5x and 1x.

Here's my training plan:

1x brawling
1x perception
1x arcane symbols
1x MIU
2x harness
1.5x spell aim
1x mana control (split evenly between elemental & spirit)
2x spells
1x sorcery lore

Also, here's the stats:

89 STR
64 CON
52 DEX
50 AGL
53 DIS
80 AUR
59 LOG
75 INT
88 WIS
50 INF

I haven't played in about seven months. Any helpful suggestions are welcomed.

Go back to your sticks old man. Brawling lets you keep the OHC bonus at all times, not to mention the one person who i know that does this hunts without a shield in bonespear... I wanted to test it during the test realms but i had my account on hold at the time. Now im mad because i never got the chance. Let me know how it works Jinnrui. Also, are you Voln now?

Yes, I am a Volner. That's part of the reason I was going with a brawler.
