I'm going to wager all the 10x full plate in existence got padded shortly after the premium benefits went to points.

People who still have some from back when you didn't have to "drag it up" to 10x and aren't premium. An old warrior, most likely. But if there is any, I'd give 50m. Sound fair?

last set of unspecial 10x I saw was a set of heavy laen plate was something insane like 125 pounds

The price sounds about right. Its not so much what normal 10x armor would go for, but the fact that it is very rare, if even in existence.

EDIT: More than likely, you are going to have to pay for PP to enchant a set up. I have a set of PP that I am looking at buying. There is likely going to be enough points left to enchant something from 7x-8x and maybe even 8x-9x. So if that interests you, let me know.
