130 and summoning lore

so about how much summoning lore do you need to hit up the main return areas in town?

I have not been able to find anything documentation on this.

More than you have. More than I have, and I have 100 ranks, if you want it to be EVERY time.

with 101 ranks I hit the dais about 70% of the time, just outside it 20% of the time, and briarstone 10% of the time in Illistim. (rough numbers, I haven't actually kept track)

I'll be going up to 150 ranks for Wither & Web Bolt eventually, hopefully it'll make a noticeable difference with 130, we'll see.
