Shadow script

Are there any shadow scripts for lich? I'm thinking about activating my ranger and would like my empath to be able to follow along and fight with him while I control the ranger or vice versa although I thing the ranger might be more fun to play.

do you mean just control both from the same game window? there is a script called crosscharcom that will do that, instructions are int he script but here's the breakdown...

you start the script on one character, the become the "server"

you start the script on the second character, they become a client with the server character

once linked, from either window, you can do the command ";send to crosscharcom <character name, must be lower case> <command"

i.e. if your ranger was named Roboranger in your empath's game window you would do ";send to crosscharcom roboranger dance" to make Roboranger dance.

I use it sometimes, to make it easier i made an alias, of like srobo=";send to crosscharcom roboranger " and then you can just type "srobo <command>" to send commands to the other character.

I know someone is developing a more robust cross character control mechanism, but crosscharcom works fine for me.

You know when I made this post I was looking for somthing a little more automated. Now I don't know how to script so maybe I'm easily impressed but damn you guys think of everything, This will work perfect, thanks.

Yeh.. we're all mostly completely automated anymore.. so.. what else can we do other than come up with new scripts or improve them?

I used Psinet to do this for a long time. While I can't find the uber one I used to use, I still have this old crappier one from my Teras days. Works in wizard.
