Just go northwest from the cobblestone path leading to the tavern. It's a simple directional now instead of the complicated door/step/path/whatever bullshit it was before.

By the way, anyone else think it is totally fucking stupid, to GO door, then once you are in the ENTRY, you go door to a different place, and you have to GO entry where you already are, to get back to where you came from?

It's like standing on the porch, and GOing porch to get off. WTF.
