(I don't know if this is common knowledge since I don't follow the rogue forums anymore)
[EDIT: I'm just now finding out that apparently assembly making is one tiny little section of LM.. maybe not so useful after all!]

[EDIT: Even better.. one seven tumber lock assembly ALONE got me my final deed.]

That specific style assembly sings at a value of 24k (my deeds cost 37k when I was 94). Also, FYI, broken vaalins sing at a value of 100k (I use them for deeds too).
..and before anyone comments..
Some people collect stamps. Others collect coins. I.. collect deeds. I used to also have a 5k bite lichen bundle before the change ;)
