(I don't know if this is common knowledge since I don't follow the rogue forums anymore)

[EDIT: I'm just now finding out that apparently assembly making is one tiny little section of LM.. maybe not so useful after all!]

.

You put an average seven tumbler lock assembly in a battered oak drawer.

The drawer slides closed.

Level: 97 Deeds: 197

[EDIT: Even better.. one seven tumber lock assembly ALONE got me my final deed.]

.

That specific style assembly sings at a value of 24k (my deeds cost 37k when I was 94). Also, FYI, broken vaalins sing at a value of 100k (I use them for deeds too).

..and before anyone comments..

Some people collect stamps. Others collect coins. I.. collect deeds. I used to also have a 5k bite lichen bundle before the change ;)

You can never be too careful! :D

I've been told that continuing to try and get deeds past 200 can corrupt your character.

..and it cost me 600k at level 0 to get to 200 (and who knows how much it's cost over the years). I use the Hearthstone deed drawer and drop in promissory notes.
