Here I am planning a cage diving trip and I come across a video where a great white actually gets inside a cage. There's some other cool shit too, like the bull shark biting the guys calf. What an idiot

:/

I have an irrational fear of sharks. In fact, being eaten by one is my biggest fear of all time. Now, I can watch shows about them on TV and watch them bite someone else, but you'd never catch me even close to a cage. I don't even like the ocean anymore.

Something about staring death in the face that intrigues me. Watching a 17 ft. great white swim in front of me sounds awesome.

I have a personal goal to establish myself solidly at the top of the food chain. I have eatten shark. I need to find a place where I can eat lion, getting alligator/croc meat should be easy next time I vacation down south. Bear meat's on the list too.

Doesn't work that way unless you hunt and kill them yourself. Ordering off a menu doesn't cut it.

I had alligator and pork sausage last week.

Bear meat is stringy - and they look way to similar to humans when you take the skin off for butchering........

No, it's okay... I'm using my evolved skills of sitting at a desk to indirectly kill them. The T-Rex didn't always kill it's prey, sometimes it just scared raptors off their kill, it's pretty much the same thing. Either way, they end up in my belly.

It is shark week on discovery channel right now. I heart shark week. Yeah, watch that stuff for some feel good gore and off the wall facts like "Most New Jersey residents did not bathe in 1918."

I dive, and I've been around sharks. Never once been inside a cage. Never had any problems either. Saw a 20' great white off the coast of CA a few years ago, swam with in about 4 yards of us and kept on going. I still laugh when I think about it. My dive buddy pissed her self when she saw it, literally.
