Yeah. Im a fucking moron. I dropped my perfect morningstar and the janitor nabbed it. It was registered, i've never had a weapon returned to me and the Gamehost told me to shit in one hand and wish in the other. I ran back to the room right after i realized what I did, and it was gone.

So, I need a perfect morningstar. /facepalm

Get a GM referral, they'll probably bring it back for you if you haven't had them do it in the past and if it was registered.

There is a:

3. a sharp and jagged mithril spikestar with a leather-wrapped onyx hilt (4x perfect morningstar dcw 4lbs) Mb 5m

with the MB met at 5m already though under "Small Auction (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?t=45070)"

Not bad, but im only looking for further enchantable perfects honestly. This is my 'end game' weapon. I just want to dump silvers into it to get it enchanted up as far as I can.

Ugh. I have to rebond to this thing too..

I was told on lnet that its unlikely they'll replace it. Guess we'll see. Im 12th in the referral list, which blows.

You might want to confirm that you will be able to bond with another weapon. Friend of mine lost his weapon to the janitor and had to have a GM fix it so he could bond with another weapon.

What was it that you called me when i lost my weapon?

I dont remember :p

P.S. Your armor advice was totally wrong. You need 15 ranks for 4% hinderance. I started training it down to where you said and hinderance started going up, I was like, WTF im gonna kill you. For some reason I had forgotten why I had it at 15..

i know that they can and will return weapons. i had a weapon disarmed from a critter and it picked it up. soon as i killed it the critter was swept away by the janator and my weapon went with it.

2hrs later the weapon was returned to me.

Hey Pabst, assuming I win the bid on the 4x perfect DCW mace, you can have it at that price if you can't find something else you like.

DCW is not a bad trade-off instead of an extra +15 AS.

I'm assuming by "long-term project" he's meaning to take it past the 7x limited by wizard enchanting. Could be wrong, obviously.

I lost a 6x maul with poison flares shortly after I was banned for 1 month. They returned it to me even though I was in bad standing. Just wait until a cool GM, like Talisker, is answering referrals and you'll be fine.

Still waiting..

You could always just master crafting, blunt forging and then make your own. Then keep it around and get it worked on since you plan to make it your end-game weapon. Having your crafter's mark on it is kinda cool. I did that with a vultite dagger and now Lucos has a 10X perfect vultite stiletto he forged himself.

Still waitin. Yeah I could forge my own, but its going to throw a monkey wrench in my setup. My wizard and paladin are 2k exp away from eachother and I want it to stay that way.

Also. Bump.

I dont think they're gonna give it back so. I guess I'm in the market for a perfect morningstar/maul

and a damn fixskill if I get a maul.

DENIED

I need a new weapon. Something high end. Perfect morningstar, mace, whatever. Further ET'able a plus.

Wouldnt mind going the maul route if you also have a fixskills available for sale.

That's a real bummer especially if you are truthful about never having asked before. I don't understand why they do that to people if they can confirm it was the janitor that got it. Whats their problem with it? They still have to answer the referral to deny you so I don't know that they are saving any resources.

EDIT: Oh I noticed in the original post you said never had a weapon returned.. they will count any item and not just a weapon.

I've never had anything returned.

They said they dont return items that arent lost due to bugs... *coughbullshitcough*

They also said the janitor doesnt have it, which doesnt make sense. The damn thing is paladin bonded so anyone attempting to get it or use it cant iirc.

Blah. Oh well, no reason to QQ I guess.. just have to forge my own it seems.

i got my mithril claid back after it was lost to the janitor and it wasn't registered and I had it back in my hands in 20 minutes. that really sucks they can't get it back for you.
