Anyone else playing this on 360 or ps3? If you like online FPS it's well worth the 15 bucks the game costs on the marketplace.

Yeah I picked it up. It's just a simple, no frills, fun as fuck shooter. It ranks up there in the stupid fun category for me. Great remake of 1942.

You're thinking of different games, the overhead pacific shooter. This is part of the Battlefield series. Battlefield 1942, Vietname, 2, and so forth.

For the 15 bucks it's a worthwhile game to play in the mean time. Theres nothing coming out any time soon that looks to be really fun. This is a great filler game until MW:2 or the next Bad Company get released.

I'll probably get it, agree that it's a good game, but still hate it because PS3 and 360 still refuse to get real mouse support on their games as opposed to emulating analog controls with a mouse, which sucks balls due to the dead zone causing a delay in actions.

I used to play it on PC in a unique format... not clan ladders but like a true war. Each battle was tracked and maps moved from battle to battle and resources kept track of that was available.

I play BF:2 all the time. Never got the expansion SF so I hate all the fucks running around with the g36e noob kit. I usually play infantry only maps and have been stuck at Gunny forever.

Anyone ever want to squad up on a pc version for a game just holler. My mic is broke however.

If you want some real fun take the trial of WWIIOL Battleground Europe. MMO that's not the easiest on the eyes but the realism is outstanding as is the community.

This game made me sad. I wish it had an actual single player campaign, because I like to play single player more then multiplayer. I could have been awesome, instead I just ended up running away from a giant mechwarrior or something the entire time.

Games always show SAWs as so badass. I wish they would show how much they jam... Well, thats also the weapon the exploded in my face. I still have granules of gunpowder in my eye from that shit.

There's one other map I really like, can't think of the name of it. Ally forces start out on a carrier, MEC start out on land. I'd take the little sand buggy and take the long way around to the back of their base. Then I would just steal their hind gunship and fuck up their shit for the rest of the game.
