I'm finding myself hunting down the undead more and more these days and I'm tired of having to track down a cleric to bless my greatsword. Who has a permablessed THW they can sell me?

I have a 8x perfectly forged warsword that is permablessed. I know it's not the best THW based but it's great for MAing and switching around between multiple chars since it's a bastard sword base. I never really intended to sell it but I may for an offer that is so ridiculous it could be called retarded.
I owned an 8x permabless greataxe for 5 years before I sold it to Khariz/Madmountan. You may want to ask him and see if he still has it.

Thanks for the replies. I have been out of the lands for several years and I admit that I'm a little clueless as to how much things cost these days. I have some money, but If I had to guess I would say that both of those are out of my price range. Particularly considering I am not looking to replace my primary weapon. I just need something to get me by on adventurers' guild assignments where I have to kill undead.
I use a mithril claidhmore as my main weapon, but then I have an elegant vultite greatsword that I typically get blessed for fighting undead. Anyone have any permablessed weapons in that 4-6x range? Or even something with a lower enchant, but with weighting?
I would also consider buying a blessing sheath or some other object that can bless my greatsword? how much do they go for?

Self-charging blessing sheaths seem to go for around 8-12 million, if my memory holds. A new batch of them were released at the recent CCF event.

You also won't find and PB weapons that have weighting. You can't have weighting and blessed on the same weapon.

much cheaper and easier to get a one hander, or a slave cleric...

Or less even, one sold a few months ago for 3 million. 50 swings per rub, 3 rubs per day.

I must've missed that one. Most being sold have a pretty high, flat buy out.

Yeah this. You could theoretically have a cleric at level like 15 that could bless magic metals. Just need 40 cleric spell ranks.
Of course you might as well get them to 18+ so they can rez too :)

I would never bother with a blessing sheath, for the fact that Clerics and Blesses are easy as shit to come by :)

There isn't much at all in the way of permablessed two handers.

How about that white eog battleaxe? Isn't that permablessed?

I was pointing out the fact that I often give stuff away for cheap prices and my asking prices on items aren't "whacked out".
I also did a mass coin share in the park on friday and gave away about 1.5m. (I like to give back when I'm doing well.)
But feel free to continue price bashing, at least it gets attention to my stuff.

I've done a coin share before of 20mil in the Cul De Sac back in the day...Your point?
And yes, your stuff gets attention all right, which is why it sells so fast!
As a side note, I don't tell you your prices are "Whacked Out" out of spite, I could care less about your items since I don't need anything you own. I am merely trying to help you out in realizing that some of your items, just aren't worth what you may believe them to be.

So my items sell so fast .... but they aren't worth what I believe them to be.
That seems like a contradiction to me. Wouldn't they not sell if they aren't worth what I believe them to be?

Sarcasm can not be conveyed well in text format....That or you are just horrible at picking it up.

I believe this was. I'm sure if I do some digging I can find a permablessed THW. But like others mentioned, they are more uncommon than say, OHB or OHE

I guess I missed it. Was the sarcastic part where I don't sell things quickly? If so, I guess I missed it because that's a fact.
I do sell things quickly, if they don't sell quickly, I'll lower the price until someone wants it, or until I get bored with selling it and just pull it.
I'm not out to "Tsin" someone. I set what I believe is a fair price, if enough time passes and it hasn't moved, the price gets lowered.
I'm also very open to offers but nobody even tries to haggle anymore. It's ... how much are you asking? and then POOF. If they don't like the price they just disappear.
I prefer win-win scenarios where both parties are happy, if I have to lower the price a little bit for that win win situation, I usually end up doing it.

That one is going for 15 million from Xandalf's shop. I might be thinking of another ice age THW but i'm fairly certain that is permablessed.

People typically haggle if you're asking price is ballpark. If it's egregiously overpriced, they giggle and walk away. I realize in your auction for the cloak and such you think you're asking a fair price, but it seems the market disagrees. As, again, there have been 3 or 4 feature concealing cloaks up (post CCF) similarly priced and none of them sold.
I'm sure you'll sell it eventually, which honestly is the prudent merchanting decision, but it's one of those things where the market at large values it at X, but that one dude that really wants it values it at 1.5x

It's probably just sanctified if it's 15m.

I have a white eog battletaxe for sale.
5x I think. Permablessed.
Well apparently its not permablessed :D
<<You swing the eog battletaxe at the corpse, but it has no effect!>>
May be sanctified, but not permablessed
Found this in another thread.

I have an 8x permablessed greataxe, which is pretty much the most awesome permablessed twohander I've ever been able to find. I've sold it twice for 85 mil and have regretted it both times.
I think I'm going to hang onto it for if/when the new rift area comes out.

Wow...... Thanks to those that kept on topic here. I didn't realize that permablessed weapons were so hard to come by. I think for the time being I will just stick with the sword I have and just track down clerics to bless it.
NO THANKS to those that decide to waste this thread with a bunch of unrelated BS.

Or you could join Voln and be able to bless your own weapon?
15. Symbol of Holiness
If you swing a weapon, you will probably use this symbol quite often. You can use this symbol to bless magical metals (weapons with elemental flares, weighting, sanctified, or have been wizard enchanted will not take a bless). It will also work on regular non-magical weapons as well. It will afford 5 swings per step along the path, for a maximum of 130 swings. Symbol of Holiness will also, when targeted at an undead creature cause it to burst into flames and fall to the ground, doing damage. To bless your magic metal weapon, type: symbol of holiness my <weapon name>. If you desire to catch a critter on fire, type: symbol of holiness <critter>. The cost of this symbol is 108 levels of favor.

They have always been hard to find, but the price has come down some due to two reasons...
1. The change to blessing mechanics awhile back. Finding a high enchant blessable weapon used to be a bitch, which pushed the permablessed weapons way up there.
2. While they are still rare, not quite as much as before. They released 5 per CCF run, so 15 new ones just got made.
Owning a PB is something of a status item and something for lazy players...like me.

I've seen 3 for sale, 1 was pulled because the owner decided he really did like it, and wanted to keep it. The other was sold @ 15m and the other was never updated again, but it was on a really crappy cloak so it didn't surprise me.
Ragesh also posted that he recently bought one for 15m.
I don't think the market disagrees, I think a couple people want to mouth off and you have a couple others who want to jump on the bandwagon, because that's what they do.

I think you just don't want to acknowledge your cloak plummeted in value after CCF, to each their own.
Again, i'm sure you'll sell it eventually. Best of luck, hope you don't need 3 locker spots any time soon :)

Just to clarify, I made this cloak at the CCF. The people who owned them prior to the CCF sold them for 30-50-100m depending on how long ago it was.

I wouldn't have sold my PB battle axe except for getting a 2 pound 10x mattock. Just much better for smooshing undead heads, and as a voln member I never lack for a bless, I'm just lazy.
