Only thing I can think of is the person meant to say "chat" (for Jamus' PSInet) instead of "think".

If that's not the case, they're a moron.

Well, they're a moron either way, but less of a moron if it was a typo.

They meant the thought net........ it was a discussion about raffling off your own stuff because someone suggested Tsin should just raffle his things so he can get his price and more people would have a shot at owning it.
