So long as you are not immobilized/stunned/webbed etc, it will work.

Ewave simply puts you in RT and knocks you on your ass, depending upon how much RT is left while ewaved, will equate to how much Stamina mobility is going to drain, but yes....It works with ewave

Any knockdown that is only RT will allow mobilty to get you back up on your feet if swung at. Understand though, even with both ranks, it can fail. Rare, but it can happen.

That's right, combat mobility allows for an attempt at standing up, which can fail due to injuries or encumbrance.
