Probably asked in jest, but as a guy who designs t-shirts for a living, I can almost guarantee you that the print is the same size regardless of the size of the shirt. However, how large the shirt is will affect how far down the hem is tucked into your pants, so in a way it might.

But from what I hear, your penis is big enough that you shouldn't even need this shirt.
