scripted frog: weapon displayer

Selling a scripted black leather frog. Displays one weapon, worn in a belt slot. Some two-handed weapons fit, some are too large. I would say if you intend to put a THW in it PM me prior to bidding to test it out. Should be fine with any OHE/OHB though.

Item usage follows:

>wear frog
You wind the restraining straps of the frog around your belt several times before buckling it on securely.
>inv
You are wearing a black leather frog.
>rub frog
You rub your empty frog and glance at it with a concerned look.
>pull frog
You grab at your empty frog.
>put mau in frog
You carefully hang your maul from your frog.
>inv
You are wearing a black leather frog with a blackened steel maul hanging from it.
>rub frog
You place your hand on your maul and carefully survey the area.
>pull frog
You grab at your maul and pull, making sure its secure.
>get maul
You deftly remove the blackened steel maul from your frog.
>rem frog
You remove a black leather frog from your belt.

I know the Ebon Gate weapon displaying harnesses and whatnot were fixed, but can you still stick an uber enchanted blade of doom in this thing, and remove it on a lvl 5 noob?

Pretty sure they fixed it along with the others, and I assume the same for the morphing runestaves, but ya never know!

Yeah, you can. I was using it to sell 6x weapons and such on my newb. Put the blade in the frog while in the locker and you can get and put it back as you please. I never tried attacking with it, not sure about that.

Scripty weapons and such should still work in the V1 version of the weapon displayers.

The two weapon ones were infinitely more complex (or so some other guy told me <wink>).

Anyways, even if you get it in your hand, say from a locker, your still resticted to 2x/level, so if your level 10 with a +50 weapon, you only get a +20 bonus.
