Er, for easier swiss rounds, you probably want entrants in the power of 2. Otherwise you're going to need a lopsided elimination round somewhere down the line or give some people byes.

If its an odd number to start someone will get a bye. I will have the match ups set before next Sunday. If someone doesn't show the person they are facing in the first round gets a bye.

Managed to score an awesome castle and three siege engines yesterday. All I need now are some soldiers. If anyone has some spare warriors, captains, scouts, archers or anything they want to sell contact me!

I work on the night of this tournament so I won’t be able to play. :(

Somewhat. the customized tend to be rare. lots of them have been lost when their owners decided to no longer play. Brielus had quite a few. I should talk to him and see about getting him to pass them on to me. He had some good ones.

Second round will be winners of 1 vs 2 and the winner of that will play the winner of 3 and then the two losers of the second round will face off to see who is the runner up and winner of 250k (as it is now).

Psh. You had at least 8-9 people. That isn't as easy as it sounds to pull together in this day and age, ESPECIALLY because you didn't involve a house/MHO. We're talking about Illistim too, not the landing.
