MOC?

So I fixskilled out by entire 2 ranks of MoC. I was told those don't even make a difference. I didn't really notice anything until I got swarmed and then my DS is down almost 100? Does anyone else have MoC? What's the consensus on this?

Not worth it till post cap. 2 MoC ranks should give you less than 5 DS in a swarm. Just spellup with scrolls.

Helps implosion stuns on critters not targeted

MOC gives a boost to ball bolt spells, though I can't remember if it increases the min amount of targets, or the max. It also helps target additional creatures for stuns when using focused implosion. The MOC benefits are largely tertiary. The best way to get MOC as a sorcerer is via enhancives. I used a premium item to pick up 5 ranks, and have never been tempted to go above that amount. I suggest you look for something that provides 3-5 RANKS. Bonus wont help you much at all.
