There is just something about Sunday Morning I love. I went out last night and saw Elmore James, Jr(a blues singer/guitar player), and now I got to sleep late and relax..and I just love that I don't have to work. I guess I'm just lazy..
Anyway, random topic. What is your favourite day of the week?

Sunday mornings are amazing.
Time for the best breakfast of the week.
Time to stay in bed and sleep till I want to get up.
Time to read the papers and lounge till I decide I want to dress properly for the day.
For me its the best too.

Saturday. I get to enjoy knowing I don't have school that day, or the next day.
Go saturday!

I don't mind Sundays so much anymore, except now I spend most of my Sundays in the damn library catching up on work...
Usually Sunday mornings I'm half dressed, half clean, and half conscious.

Saturday is the best, I agree, because Sunday is ruined by the knowledge of going back to work the next day.

Except of course for those of us who are unfortunate enough to have to work on saturdays. :(

Right now Thursdays are my favorite day. I'm off from work, so get to lounge around and do whatever I want. Sunday's come in as a close second, but are ruined a lot of times because I usually have to go to my mom's and run all her errands.

I love Sunday. I just do laundry and get organized and read and relax. It's the one day where I am free from both work and school, it is my precious day.

Sunday can be bad if you wake up with someone you regret waking up next to from a nice saturday night of partying.....::snicker::

My favorite day is any day away from work, school, or any other responsibility I have.
You didn't chew your arm off, did you Pierat?

Sunday because I get to receive the Eucharist. Also because it gives me a chance to reflect back on the week that was and be thankful I'm still alive.
Wednesday is close because one hour of class + one hour of Angel = happy day, but I have to get to bed early on account of early class the next day, which kinda mucks it up.

No, I didnt, and I didnt wake up next to anyone, I was merely remembering last night and thinking "Thank God" that this sunday did NOT wind up like that :)

I had a great time out last night, so I guess Saturdays aren't bad usually either, but I love Sundays.
On the other hand sometimes watching a bunch of white men try and dance to the Blues is extraordinarily amusing..

Now see, I'm not loving sunday morning, I'm loving the loving I get on sunday morning. My girl spends the night every saturday and well y'know. Sundays are fun cuz you just get to relax. Usually I go movie skipping with my friends, or to the LAN place and blast away at Counsterstrike and war3.

This is, indeed, a beautiful Sunday. There are cats spread out on the floor of my solarium, each in his/her own shaft of sunlight. They look so peaceful! :)
After having six inches of snow only three days ago, this is awesome. I finally have hope that spring is really coming!

Right now, my favorite is Tuesday.
Only on tuesdays and thursdays does the military send flights back to the states from Korea. And i fly out on March 15th 2005, which is a Tuesday! so every tuesday i am one week closer to seeing my wife and little girl.

Oh, how wonderful, MPSorc! I know they, too, are counting the days. :)

Thank ya HarmNone.
Sunday mornings are okay because I dont have to be to work until 1:30 pm but I like Wednesday the best because I am off on Thurs. and Fridays so I have two days of NO DRIVING to look forward to (although my best friend likes to take day trips which does mean I drive mostly because I make a terrible passenger and her driving sucks).

You almost made me spit out my coffee there.
You know, the Eucharist isn't some cookie your mommy only gives you once a week. You can celebrate the Eucharist more than once a week....up to 7, yanno.

I agree wholeheartedly with Harmnone.
This is about the best reason I've heard for having a favorite day.
Congratulations! and I'll add it to my favorite days too.

If I could get up at 7 in the morning, sure. Not all Churches have afternoon masses daily, yanno. ;) They usually only have afternoon stuff for Holy Days, which is nice because otherwise I'd be in a real fix.

Really? When I went to school, we had Mass every day, at 7, 8, 11, 12, and 5, every weekday plus Saturday, and then the Sunday schedule which added an 8 and a 9 (the last where I was the sacristan/eucharistic minister/lector).
Mass five times a day, at least. I had no excuse to NOT keep my Lenten promise last year of going to Mass every day.

I got in at 2:30 this morning, grabbed some sleep then it was off to church, lunch with the wife, now I'm home with plans of cleaning the house and paying bills before I go tan. Sunday is my only day off of work and I still end up running around with a full schedule. The plus side is it's currently 65 here in Indianapolis.
