Mainly just need someone with a good 316 and 720. Mass interference is just insurance it will work well.

I think its fucking lame. You needed a cleric to achieve that. Next time retain your balls and just do a double implode. Or show me some juicy disk-flip shrapnel.

Meh. You want to do it right, you pull off the same thing with the same spells, but using scrolls. Hard to do for exp outside of invasions, though. Open/Close implosion doesn't work well in Warcamps. Things unstun too fast. E-wave coupled with Mass Evil eye should yield you some awesome results, Siphere. Do Grimswarm shake stuns in RT?

316 is the best spell to implode the most critters. Is it easy yea. If you don't like it post your favorites then. Mine is 316 followed by 720.

316 from a scroll I doubt I'd ward them enough to freeze them. I showed you open 717 and it kills them or they run, leaving maybe 2 stunned to implode which is not impressive. I will try some more combos tonight.

Maybe with your enhancers, an alchemy potion, and an orb you could pull it off. You did show me 717 in the camp, but I think you should start with an E-wave, they can't run if they are prone and in RT. It just stuns them, or gives them some weird status ailment. Should be ripe for implosion at that point.

Actually despite me having said I lost my logs prior to 2000 I found one and did a find replace for Vvrael to Vtull just to mess with you. You may have also noticed the log being from somewhere near Illistim, which didn't exist back in 1996ish when the Vvrael storyline was going on. See what happened was I was a GM back then, and with Tsin, my fellow GM, we were already working on building the EN despite it being unannounced and unplanned. We were also working on the minor mental list in our spare time. So we're building the rooms and Tsin the jackass is running a Vvrael invasion in the landing concurrently and he decides to mess with me and sends a bunch of beasts into the room I was building, and I decided that rather than use my fancy GM "samjackson" verb, you know, the one that kills every motherfucker in the room, I decided to just 435 and 720.

So that explains why the log of the first vvrael invasion circa 1996 I said I had lost was actually posted as above only it looks like a v'tull invasion in Illistim.

Sorry I made things so complicated.

Do you have it scripted? That might be the most effective way. Have him cast the spell, then nod to you, and you immediately cast implosion.

I whisper to him to cast it. Then I manually do the prep cast of 720. I don't do warcamps that often. Just started doing a few today.

After you clear a room do you move because of the shroud?

Since most of these posts deal with Grimswarm, -a quick Hijack- Does 111 affect the shroud? Since I have been picking up more and more Summoning lores, I am really loving the spell.

I camp in one spot with 418, 206, and 106 going. Shrouds usually gone by the time the next wave comes.

Pretty sure 111 doesn't effect the shroud. Not that impressed with the splash damage though. Even on trolls I find it better to 719 and 705 them.

This thread has led me to the conclusion that sorcerers are vastly overpowered.

I will be posting my ideas as to how to reduce their effectiveness in order to bring them in line with other professions on the officials.

Psinet/Lich chat is much safer. It means he can do it even if you're stunned/silenced/pwned etc.
You can also work different commands into the tells as well. I used unstun, 1109, spirit strike, fog etc.

I would think there would be to much lag. My psinet and lnet are always laggy. Would be nice though.

I'm fairly certain that crosscharcom.lic works on an entirely local level, outside of lnet.
