Ok I'm leveing up my second Voln wizard after a break, I don't remember banshees being this tough, can anyone suggests any tricks a pure could use against them they seem like a total mission!

919 + 506 + Voln-Fu.

That'll only work assuming he/she has trained in brawling.

The wiz is a pure so doesn't have any brawling.

What's the point of being in Voln if not for Fu anymore?

Well if you can manage to get them before their magic resistance buff you'll be ok otherwise good luck. It's a lot harder to hit them and IMO not worth the mana spent to kill them.

Hey! That's not funny! Symbol of Sleep is just so damn overpowered, I don't even know why I posted originally. Rooflez.

banshees are fucking easy as a wizard...

903 them, if their shield goes up, 409 them

leech them, they have 40 mana (60 maybe?)

903 + 40 mana leech = very long hunts

and I used 919 up incase the fear got me once in a while.

Find a sorcerer and get yourself some Phase rods. Good times, those.

Holy wasted TPs. You know you have mana leech right?

You could probably 1x hp and 1x brawling/.5x shield for what you're spending on mana you probably don't need anyway =P.

I like being able to kill stuff fast without having to rely on wands. It's also a big help to me in warcamps where rapidfire pwns. I have another wiz who is tripled in spells and 1.5 HP, and she has to rely on wands to finish off most of her bounties.

Tripling HP (assuming level 50) would mean you have 1200 mental training points spent on the 2x and 3x trainings of HP, which gives you 1 mana for each overtrained rank. That's insane.

You can play how you want, obviously, but I think you should run some numbers with the training points used vs. mana points gained vs. what else you could do with all those TPs. At least the tripled ranks, which are 0/16 each.

To reiterate:

Holy wasted TPs. You know you have mana leech right?

Totally understand what you're saying but I enjoy having a larger pool, better regeneration, and being able to leech more mana.

I like being able to hunt to the point where I can't carry anything more and have to fog back. I can't really do that with my other wizard and find her pretty boring to play really, I'm considering fixskilling her to 3x also but then I wouldn't be able to enchant that well with her since the points would come out of her wizard spells.

If somthing really flashy happens to water lore, to put it on par with fire then I'd probably 2x instead, but I've seen the preview lol.
