Yeah... so I thought kryshenka(sp?) was polish for 'princess'.. so I thought I'd flirt a bit with a polish girl here at work.. after a few days of just saying 'chesht'(hello) or whatever, I decided to kick it up a notch and toss in the princess.. I mean, what's better than calling a cutie a princess? has to score some points somewhere, right?
So she comes in for breakfast after her nice morning run, still in running shorts and such, and I bust out my suave line of 'hello princess'.. needless to say I barely escaped with my life after I said 'hello fatty'...
The things one learns along the way... never trust your understanding of foreign languages you learn from a pets name..
(I lived with my brother and his fiance who was from poland.. their cats name was kryshenka, which I thought was princess, as she called her princess in english)
