Kinda like Where the Hell is Matt, but this guy is walking from China to Germany. I like these kinda things, so I thought I would share incase anyone else does.

Enjoy. I wish I had the balls to do shit like that!

Apparently, a lot of germans and russians did this to flee in the 20-40's.

I have a german uncle or third cousin or some shit that lives in China whose parents did this.

Probably not as fun then.

Definitely looks like something that'd be fun to do now, not so much back then. Sometime I'd like to go coast to coast (US) like this. Not as impressive but still fun :)

I've always enjoyed reading/watching walkabouts and the like. Books like "Into the Wild" and "A Walk Across America" are boss. Just finished watching Ewan McGregors "Long Way Round" and "Long Way Down." Both neat motorcycle adventures.

I watched a documentary about these guys running coast to coast across Africa, through the sahara, a week or two ago. Crazy stuff.

The american was a total asshat, at the end he had a "knee injury" and couldn't run so he told the other two to lay down in the van and take an hour power nap while he kept walking. And as soon as they got in the van he started running roughly 9 miles an hour. But the other two caught up before he could finish it first.

He looks like he aged 10 years on that trip.

He probably did - but he also saw a ton of shit that is extra ordinary.
