It's a pretty decent boost from what i remember. If i recall, you get a bigger boost if more of you in the group are trained for it, but it's not necessary. I could be wrong on that though. Just kind of going off vague memory from posts on the officials.

I think alot of pures/etc were petitioning simu to give them access to it because it's an addative effect. Imagine some big MAs if they all had SbS.
