I don't know where you live, but anywhere in the midwest, outside of a major city, 200k a year will go pretty damned far. Especially in a town of less than 30k.

There's no Mexico to it

Heh, I was kidding. I just moved out of Binghamton, NY- one of the most backwards economies in the country. 200k is quite a bit of money in most places.
