Does anyone know if the phantom damage from the GoS sigil that adds crit weighting stacks with the phantom damage from weapon crit weighting?

Does anyone know if the phantom damage from the GoS sigil that adds crit weighting stacks with the phantom damage from weapon crit weighting?

I'm not in GoS but I'm 95% sure someone's stated before that it does.
