psinet help, won't install/uninstall

So I thought I would try out psinet since i've been hearing a lot about it lately. Went to the website, downloaded it. Went to install it and got an error message.

Now Psinet sage is showing up in the program remove screen but when I try to remove it, this error message comes up.

Any idea what is going on?

Haven't been able to get ahold of Jamus.

Still can't use desktop entry.

reinstall the play.net launcher and SGE. should restore you back to being able to play without Psinet

I did manage to get desktop entry working again. I had to go through the registry and clear out anything psinet/simu related. I get an error message when Stormfront starts but it still works.

Psinet still won't install. Keep getting the error message psinet installer not found.

Format seems like the only option at this point as when I go to reinstall psinet it only offers me the choice of repairing or removing psinet. I figured the regedits would have made it work.
