Can't get into my shop

Not sure if this is the best place to put this or not...

I put my account on hold the middle of Feb. I just recently reactivated, and now I can't get into my shop. I'm well under the 180 days time limit (at about 115 days from last entry into the shop), and there's more than enough money in the shop account to cover rent. Not being sure how long I'd have it on hold, I left 250K in the account to cover the rent and then some just in case nothing ever sold from there while I was gone.

When I click on my shop, there's no "go" option. I can look at it, and it shows as my shop with my name on it still. But here's what I get when I try to go in:

You see a multicolored silk tent with a golden brocade canopy, which is XXXXXXXX's Weaponry.

A friend sat and waited for an assist for me yesterday and the GH couldn't figure out what was going on, so she gave me a referral. I've been sitting waiting for that now, and never moving up in the queue, so I'm starting to think the GMs are all on a week-long coffee break.

The shop isn't closed, so that isn't the problem. When I type 'open silk tent' I get 'That is already open'.

Anyone have any ideas, or am I stuck waiting for a GM to wake up?

Might be in the process of being repo'd. If you left in the middle of Feb, then it could be possible that you didn't enter the shop and use a SHOP command, and the 6 month time is up.

Is the shop being scanned by playershops.com?

I actually went and looked at playershops.com. No tent with you description is showing up. So my theory still stands.

Just FYI, no doubt there's been plenty of GMs on-duty and off-duty but available in the time you've been waiting (who have seen your referral), probably just not one who is familiar with the player shop system (they don't all know everything, right).

I always thought it was a 3 month timeline to reclamation.

Go look in the permit office or whatever it's called and see if your box is there.

No, no box in the permit office. And my shop manifest still shows stuff in the shop.

I double checked the website, and the GH from the first assist confirmed it, shops repossess after 90 days if the rent's not paid, and 180 days from last entry and shop command. I know I made sure to enter the shop just before my account went on hold and did a balance check, so I know I'm under the 180 days. Balance currently shows at 899K, so there's more than enough that the rent's been paid. The GH said it should still be open, she couldn't figure it out.

Thanks for the suggestions, I guess I'll just wait for my referral.

I had the same thing happen with one of mine. A GM was able to poof me inside and I could interact with it but because it's on an alt I rarely play the damn thing ended up getting repoed before I ever got the referral answered.

they have doors and locks you know. maybe it got locked

Nope, not closed or locked.

So I'm just waiting for a GM who can figure it out for me. Unfortunately I won't be able to spend the next couple of days sitting in game, so hopefully one shows up in the evening or this weekend.
