Got a shield out of a box:
You glance down to see nothing in your right hand and an old mithril shield in your left hand.
Normal mithril bonus
Archales whispers, "+8 to stalk/hide bonus, +5 to miu bonus, and +6 to spirit lore summoning bonus."
bard appraised at ~500k
need to be a lord/lady to use it.

I can also probably enchant it more if I knew how.
