Just out of curiosity, how did you get heavy crit weighting on this dagger?

I believe some limited heavy went out at EG for player forged weapons.

I remember being at all the forging services and crying as people were pulling out things like 2x elegant for the services as others were there with high enchant perfects getting passed over :\

heh.. I have a matching pair of daggers (stilettos) that are 3x each and heavily crit weighted.. guess I should think about selling them if he can pull off 9m for one thats 2x lol
