Speaking of heads in jars, will Nixon be back?

Nixon will be back. We have a whole head-related episode. It’s discovered that you get a “head trip” if you lick one of the heads in the jars. So Fry licks George Washington’s head and it sends them off on a Revolutionary War adventure. That’s a plot line you wouldn’t see on most sitcoms.

Is that the most bizarre moment of this season?

Actually, I can think of at least one even more bizarre moment. It’s a love scene between Dr. Zoidberg and Professor Farnsworth…. Of course, it is quite touching in context. And arousing.

You absolutely should rewatch it from the beginning. There is a very minor storyarc, but all of them stand on their own. You really should do yourself a favor and watch all the prior episodes, just for your own enjoyment... rarely they do an episode that picks up where another left off (they especially like filling in the story from the first episode, so at least watch that for the premise), but even if you hadn't watched the episode it was elaborating on, it'd still be funny.
