As a ranger I have the 100 line of spells. As a melee player the Spirit Barrier (102) is a debuff as it lowers my physical AS. So to stop this from being cast I have to turn off letting PsiNet handle this. Is there a way to allow PsiNet to handle the spells, but tell it to not cast 102?

PSINET OPTIONS > SPELLUP > uncheck let psinet handle this > uncheck 102

right. But no other option? so as a ranger I will always have to control it manually?

what?

If you uncheck 102 it won't cast it when you spellup auto.

Right. But when I get new spells I have to remember to go check them to enable them while spelling up.

pretty sure the others will default to on as you learn them.

Furthermore..it's not like you're learning 10 new spells a day or anything.

So you're asking for help, and won't even bother *yourself* to remember to uncheck spells? How hard is that? Takes longer to post the question than to just fix your spellup.

I adjust mine all the time on other characters like my empath. If I know I won't need bravery/heroism, I turn them off. I'm constantly adjusting the time. It's really not hard.

I don't know any better way to let you choose which spells to cast than.. letting you choose which spells to cast.

However, you can tick the spells you want to cast even before your character has learned them by unticking the box that hides spells you don't know.

Don't worry, PsiNet still won't attempt to actually cast any spells you don't know, until you do (so you won't be casting 401 as a ranger no matter if it is ticked or not). But you can set up all your 600s and 100s in advance. I *think* that they will already be set in a sane way for a ranger, excepting 102, but I'm not sure.

anyway for it to add a spell you can cast from an item?

I have a medallion that gives me knowledge of 509 but i can not include that in the spellup.

Hmm. Did you try to do a scan when you're wearing it?
