Quick question..

I just inactivated both of my accounts. Has anyone had any problem re-activating old accounts. I imagine that both of these will be inactive for at least two years due to my being accepted to nursing school. Thanks in advance for any information you can give and for the good times playing.

I've had my accounts inactive for 3-4 years and had no problem reactivating... Hardest part was remembering my passwords.

No problems. I think the database purge is a gimmick to make you re-subscribe out of fear of loss.

I tried reactivating an old account about 3 months ago and ran into a bit of trouble. I remembered the password and security question but there was a problem with the account and they wanted $250 to investigate.

You should be fine. Congrats, and get ready for hell. I just started 2 weeks ago and i'm exhausted 24/7, overwhelmed, and already incredibly behind. Labs can be really fun though.

That and all my friends are in some form of the medical profession...so typically every conversatino goes something like "oh what did you do at work today?" and i start to say something, and then they cut me off with "OH YOU DIDN'T SAVE ANYONE'S LIFE? SUCKS TO BE YOU!"

I reactivated an old account from 1999 in 2007 had no issues. Just had to remember the name of character and my account name was not sure on password but I had no real issues getting it reactivated.

I put my wife through nursing school three years ago by working at a prison so now it's my turn. Watching her go through it I know exactly what I am in for.

Yes. You can now reactivate on line through the play.net site which is awesome.

The worst part for me was the first time I had to answer my security question...without knowing the fucking question...

I reactivated after 8-10 years (can't recall EXACTLY when I left). I had NO trouble at all, still had all my girls...and all their stuff. I even remembered my account name and password, it was scary.
