Which file contains the highlight text data?

If I wanted to edit the custom highlighted text data offline which file would it be in? Basically I want to copy a list of gems into it and add the color data so I don't have to do it 1 by 1 in game.

I logged in again last night for the first time since 2006. Apparently I had an assist pending from then too because when I logged in I was number 1 in the queue. About two minutes after being logged in I had a GM come down and he told me that he was using the assist as an excuse to say welcome back, we shot the shit for a few minutes since I had no idea what the assist was for. Then I wandered around for a few to see exactly how much I didn't remember.
